VITEEE 2022

 Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination  better known as  VITEEE  is a national level exam conducted by VIT University,Vellore to enroll students for various undergraduate courses. All the eligible candidates will be offered admissions to BTech Programmes at the respective 4 campuses – Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal & Amravati.The eligibility criteria for candidates appearing VITEEE requires a  minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Mathematics in Class 12. 

VITEEE 2022 is tentatively to be  conducted in the month of May 2022  & Application Form will be released as expected in the  end of November 2021 .The Exam dates of VITEEE 2022 will be released soon. All the candidates have to apply online for VITEEE & before filling online Application Form the candidates are required to check properly the eligibility criteria. Once the Online Entrance Exams are over the results as well as counselling dates will be announced soon.

VITEEE 2022 – Eligibilty Criteria 

Appearing candidates for VITEEE 2022 should check the various different conditions to be eligible for admissions at VIT University :

1. Nationality : Indian Nationals/NRI/PIO/OCI Holders
2. Qualification Examination : Class 10 Plus 2
3. Minimum Marks : 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology in Class 12 or equivalent examination

VITEEE 2022 Application Process

The authorities of VIT University will release the Application Form on the official website : Interested candidates have to visit the official website : https://viteee.vit.ac.in to  register for the entrance exams .Candidates have to fill in their details very carefully along with their email ids & Date of Birth & once they complete they will have to confirm their password & fill the complete Application Form for VITEEE 2022.The last step of the Application process is to pay the  Application Fee online of Rs.1150 for general candidates & 50 $ for NRI candidates. 

VITEEE 2022 Admit Card & Slot Bookings

VITEEE exams are held for several days & several slots are available on first cum first basis.The candidates who have registered can access the VITEEE Admit Card 2022 once the Application Process is over & the candidates have successfully booked their slots on a particular day. Details about the exam centre, date, timings are given in the admit card.

Exam Centre & Slot Booking Procedure :

1. First a candidate should visit the official website https://vit.ac.in
2. A candidate should select preferred state & city for the test.
3. A candidate should select the test centre & time slot as per their convenience.
4. Once the candidate book the exam slot & test centre successfully VITEEE admit card will be released immediately.
5. The Admit Card contains all the details about Date, Time, Roll No. etc.
6. It is mandatory for the candidate to carry the Admit Card in the exam centre.
7. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without a valid Admit Card.

VITEEE Exam Pattern

It is very important for a candidate to know the VITEEE Exam Pattern as it will help them to do well in the exam. The details of the Exam pattern as as follows :

2. Language Mode :  English 
3. Exam Duration :  90 Minutes 
4. Paper Type :  MCQ 
5. No. of Questions :  80 nos. 
6. Subjects :  Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, Aptitude& English. 
7. Marking Guidelines :  1 mark for every right answer & there is no negative marking. 
8. Slots per Day : 3 Slots per Day 

VITEEE 2022 Pattern Section Wise  

VITEEE 2022 consists of 5 sections – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English & Aptitude & it is as follows :

VITEEE 2022 Result

On successfully completion of all the slots & dates of VITEEE, results will be published in the official website  https://vit.ac.in along with their ranks. No hard copy of the results will be send to anyone through post rather it will be intimated through email. Once the results are issued thereafter no revaluation will be done.

VITEEE 2022 Counselling Schedule

Once the VITEEE results are published all the qualified candidates  will have to participate in the counselling process  in order to get allotment of seat & campus for BTech courses offered by VIT University. During counselling process each & every candidate have to register, select their preferences, have to produce the original academic documents for verification & have to confirm their admission once any seat allotted to them.  Any seat allotted to a candidate is based on their rank, preferences & availability of their seats.
