UNDERGRADUATE COURSES

• Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) Under MAKAUT

Duration – 4 years

Admission Procedure

Candidate completing (10+2) Examination from recognised board is eligible to apply. Applicant need to secure a rank in either WBJEE or JEE(Main).

Admission in first year B.Tech courses is done through the counselling process conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB).

For applicants through Lateral entry scheme. Candidate should have Diploma in Engineering / Technology with minimum 60% marks from any Polytechnic Institute recognized by AICTE

• Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) Under MAKAUT

Duration – 4 years

Candidate securing rank in PGET are eligible for admission in M.Tech courses through counselling conducted by MAKAUT. • Tech. in Micro Electronics & VLSI Technology Under MAKAUT

Duration – 2 years

Admission Procedure

Candidate completing B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field from recognised University is eligible to apply. Candidate securing rank in PGET are eligible for admission in M.Tech courses through counselling conducted by MAKAUT. Candidates qualifying in GATE examination are also eligible to undergo two years postgraduate M.Tech.

• MCA- Master in Computer Application

Duration – 2 years

Admission Procedure

Candidate completing BCA/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree from recognised University is eligible to apply.

Candidate completing B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level (with additional bridge courses as per the norms of the concerned University)and securing at least 50 % marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the graduation or equivalent degree examination under (10+2+3) pattern can also apply.
