About AIMS Institutes
AIMS Institutes, formerly Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences (AIMS), is a private, self-financed institution in Bengaluru affiliated to the Bengaluru University. It offers postgraduate, undergraduate and certificate courses in fields such as management, computer applications, social work, hospitality and culinary arts. Established in 1994, the institute has, since then, been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a CGPA of 3.46 on a 4-point scale.
The management programmes offered by its School of Business (MBA, PGPIB,PGDM, BBM and B.Com) have been accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE), USA.
AIMS Institutes is one of several institutes run by the JMJ Education Society.
AIMS got a place in India Rankings 2019: Management (Rank-band: 76-100).It was ranked by NIRF.

POST GRADUATE COURSES ELIGIBILITY :
Individuals with a score of 50% in graduation from either the Karnataka Board or outside (45% for SC/ST/CAT-1) will be eligible for MBA programme. Additionally a MAT score of 500 and above or a CAT score of 50% and above is required for admissions into MBA program. To be eligible for MCA students need to secure 50% in graduation from either the Karnataka Board or outside (45% for SC/ST/CAT-1) and must have Mathematics/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Statistics as a subject in their 12th standards or graduation level. MBA/PGDM SELECTION PROCESS :
Selection process for MBA aspirants is conducted across India and various other countries every year. The main objective of conducting the selection process is to give an opportunity to meritorious and deserving candidates who are in line with the vision of AIMS and who show the ability to learn, transform, and perform given right platform and resources.
We believe it is not the academic performance alone that contributes to the success of an individual. This belief drives us to evaluate the individuals in various aspects and on multiple parameters during our selection process.
