NCHMCT has released the vacant seats available in the participating institutes after round 1 of seat allotment and document verification.
More than 300 plus seats available in General Category & 8000 plus seats available for all Categories after 1st round Counselling.

NCHMCT JEE 2021 2nd round seat allotment result has been published. Till now the candidates who have participated in the eCounselling schedule of NCHMCT JEE 2021 are being given admission based on their All India Rank in the exam after 1st round seat allotment. The exam was held on August 10 and the merit list was announced on September 10, 2021. Now 2nd round seat allotment results are also declared. The second seat allotment result will be announced on September 27. The payment of the fees, uploading of the documents and verification after 2nd round will be done from 27th September to 30th September. Vacant seats after 2nd round will be published on October 1.
Those who got seat allotment in 2nd round will now get chance to complete the process of booking the seat till 30th September 2021.
Once the 2nd round allotment is over,now the candidates will be able attend the 3rd round counselling i.e. final round once 2nd round seat allotment process ends on 30th September 2021. The vacancy list from 2nd round will be declared on 1st October 2021 & then the final round counselling will start from 2nd October till 7th October 2021.

There are 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management along with 27 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management& 1 Public Sector Undertaking & 29 Private Institutes of Hotel Management who are participating in NCHMCT JEE 2021 counselling process.
The closing rank this year after 2nd round for IHM Delhi (considered as No.1) is at 198 in the open category.The closing rank for IHM Mumbai(No.2) is at 731 in the open category while the closing rank for IHM Bengaluru(No.3) is at 1269 for the open category & for IHM Kolkata (No.4) with the closing rank of 2306.
National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Council centrally run and regulates academics for B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration M.Sc. Hospitality Administration and other Diploma and Certificates structured courses of study that are imparted at the affiliated 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 27 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, 01 Public Sector Undertaking and 29 Private Institutes of Hotel Management. Besides, 14 Food Craft Institutes located in different parts of the country, offer Diploma programs in core operational areas. All Institutes follow standardised course curricula prescribed by the Council for different professional programs.
Quality of education and training provided by the Institutes help students to emerge as professionally qualified personnel for hospitality and other allied service sectors. The Council has till date trained more than one lakh Hospitality Managers, Executives and other operational personnel. Its alumni from affiliated Institutes occupy key positions in the hospitality industry as well as in allied industry both in India and abroad.
