Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Management Development Institute (MDI),Gurgaon offers two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). The Programme is  approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), Ministry of HR, Government of India. PGDM from MDI Gurgaon is also recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). PGDM Programme at MDI Gurgaon is consistently ranked among India’s top 10  Management programmes.

PGDM Course at MDI Gurgaon is split in to Six Trimesters. Each term consists of three months. The compulsory courses  in 2 years PGDM are taught in first four trimesters. Summer Internship

is the part of PGDM course at MDI . Summer Internship is of ten weeks duration. Internship is compulsory after Term 3 in PGDM course at MDI.

In Second year PGDM students may take elective courses. Students can opt for dual specialisation in  Marketing , Accounting & Finance, Strategic Management,Operations Management and Information Management.

PGDM-HRM(Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management)

Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is offered at MDI. The course is designed to groom business managers. The course is designed by faculty members in consultation with Industry Experts. At MDI, PGDM-HRM Course is approved by AICTE and AIU.The programme is spread delivered in six terms of three months each. Dual Specialisation is offered in

(ii)Economics & Public Policy

(iii) Operations Management

(iv)Accounting & Finance

(v)Information Management

(vi) Strategy & General Management.

PGDM-IB (Post Graduate Diploma in Management – International Business ) along with Master in Management (MIM) from ESCP

At MDI, PGDM-IB is a dual degree programme delivered in two countries viz.India and Europe. The programme jointly delivered by MDI Gurgaon and ESCP Europe. ESCP Europe is  ranked 8th in Europe as per Financial Times B-School rankings.

Candidates will first complete two 10-week terms at MDI Gurgaon, India. The candidates then travel to any one of the six pre allocated locations of ESCP  i.e.Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Turin, Warsaw and London. In these campuses candidates complete two semesters. On completion students return to MDI Gurgaon. At MDI Gurgaon the students complete the last term of the programme

MDI Gurgaon Fees

The total fee structure for two years for PGDM Course at Management Development Institute (MDI),Gurgaon is around Twenty One Lakhs.  The same fee structure is applicable for PGDM-HRM as well. It includes tuition fees, Boarding and Lodging Charges, Library Fees as well.  For PGDM (IB) Course at Management Development Institute (MDI),Gurgaon  is Twenty Five Lakhs for two years. The course fee can be paid in instalments as provided by the Institute in offer letter. However For NRI Students the fee structure is different.
