ICFAI Hyderabad like every year will arrange to conduct IBSAT 2023 Exam for students seeking admissions to MBA Programmes Batch 2024-26 Batch   on 24th December 2023 & 25th December 2023    offered at 9 IBS Institutes affiliated to ICFAI University. The online  Application & Registration Process for IBSAT 2023 started from  1st July 2023 . IBSAT also arranges for Mock Test for free for appearing students. IBSAT EXAM 2023 will decide the admission of students for 2024-26 Batch.

  2. IBSAT consists of multiple choice questions with a  duration of 2 hours   aimed at testing the Applicant’s ability in Data Interpretation, Quantitative Techniques, Data Adequacy, Analytical Reasoning & Reading Comprehension & Vocabulary.
  3. Apart from IBSAT scores   GMAT, NMAT & CAT Scores   are also acceptable for admissions to MBA at ICFAI Business School.
  4. All ICFAI University campuses in India like Dehradun, Jaipur accept IBSAT,GMAT,NMAT & CAT scores since 2019 onwards for admission to the following programmes.
  5. IBS Dehradun & IBS Jaipur are offering MBA Program & Post Graduate Program in Management better known as PGPM are being offered from IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai & IBS Pune campuses.

The exam dates for have been published & it will be   held on 24th December 2023 & 25th December 2023   & it will be an online computer based proctored online test. Difficulty Level in IBSAT 2023 exam is moderate. The expected   cut off score for ICFAI Hyderabad is at 85+ percentile   as by the past trends & the remaining campuses cut off score is below that score. Candidates can also appear Mock Test at free of cost arranged by IBSAT Authority.

 IBSAT 2023 Exam : Registration Dates & Process

IBSAT 2023 is a 2 day test window. IBSAT Registration Process is online as well as offline. Candidates will be allotted exam date by IBSAT Authority & the last date to apply for IBSAT 2023 is 21st December 2023 & the  registration fee is Rs.1800  .  The IBSAT Login will close on the last day of IBSAT 2023 exam for Admit Card. Candidates will be able to download the Admit Card directly from ICFAI website with IBSAT login for Admit Card as sending hard copies of admit card has been stopped.

Before appearing for IBSAT EXAM 2023 candidate looking for admission in ICFAI should fulfil these 3 conditions :

ICFAI Foundation has laid down three key points in while appearing for IBSAT 2023 :

  1. Minimum Academic Qualification
  2. Minimum Years of Study upto Graduation
  3. Medium of Education for Admission
  4. IBSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria : Minimum Academic Qualification
  • Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institute with minimum 50 percent marks with English as a medium of instruction. All candidates should have completed a minimum 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
  • For final year appearing candidates in graduation the eligibility criteria is to complete their graduation including any type of practical exams etc. before May 31, 2023. Every candidate have to submit their final mark sheet latest by 1stNovember 2023.  
  1. IBSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria : Minimum Years of Study upto Graduation
  • Every Applicant must have completed minimum 15 years of regular education i.e. 10+2+3 or 10+2+4.
  • A candidate for a PhD programme apart from 2 years full time Post Graduation in Management or  other professional qualification like CMA/CA/CS or equivalent exams will be required to full fill IBSAT 2023 eligibility criteria.

One of the key requirement in fulfilling IBSAT 2023 eligibility criteria is the medium of education of a candidate which should have been completed in English Medium or should have TOEFL/NELT/IELTS scores. Important changes and details in IBSAT 2023 eligibility criteria in regard to medium of education are as given below.

  • Any appearing candidate who wants to apply for IBSAT 2023 should study in English medium to full fill the key points in IBSAT 2023 eligibility criteria
  • Any applicant who does not meet IBSAT 2023 eligibility criteria of English as medium of instruction at undergraduate level should have to submit the TOEFL/NELT/IELTS score & it is by 31stMay 2023.

  • IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata and IBS Pune offer Post Graduate Program in Management.
  • Candidates who fulfils the IBSAT eligibility criteria & have qualified accordingly are called for the selection process at 7 IBS campuses at IBS Bengaluru, IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Dehradun, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Pune, IBS Kolkata and IBS Jaipur in February 2022. The selection process comprises of Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview.
